I am going to Tijuana in a few weeks to look at the Ford Lobo which is basically the Mexican version of the Ford F-150. I will see if theirs come with the stickers.
Heat them with a hair dryer and peel slowly.
Some have used wd-40 and goo-b-gone or continue with the heat and use a toothbrush or microfiber towel to remove the rest.
