1974 F600 vs F350 engine

I have a '74 F600 with a 361. Of course going to the box store websites they don't list a F600, only up to a F350. So I punch in a F350 and the engines available to select there is a 360 but no 361. Is there really a difference?
I don't think there is but the real question, is there a difference between a '74 F600 361 and a '74 F350 360? I'm just looking for plugs and wires and I'm not organized enough to order something online and wait for them. I'm usually planning my days the day of or at best the day before.
Thanks,
John

Plugs and wires will be the same. The major differences as far as I know are the front cover and engine mounts, different crank, larger distributor drive and heads, intake and exhaust with a crossover passage in them. Most parts are the same as a standard FE. I have to do the same thing when I go to the parts store, I just tell them any ford truck with a 390 in it when I need to find something.

Cool! I was thinking that the basic stuff would be the same or similar.
When I go online looking for "F600" parts, the plugs that come up are the same and are gapped at .030" but when I go looking for f350, the plugs are the same brand but different number and are gapped at .044". Should I go with the latter and leave them gapped at .044" and see if it works first before changing the gap to .030"?
Greatly appreciate the help.

The plugs should all be the same. Maybe its just a type of plug and that's why the number is different. The spec for a 361 is .030 so I would set it to that.

330 2V M/D; 330 2V H/D; 361 2V/4V & 391 4V are FT engines, only installed in 500 and larger series trucks with one exception.

1973/78 F350's made exclusively for U-Haul have the 330 2V M/D FT engine.

352/360/390 are FE engines. FE engines only installed in misc 1958/71 Ford/Merc Passenger Cars & 1965/76 F100/350's.

The points/condenser/rotor/dizzy cap are the same for FE & FT engines. Some FT engines used colder spark plugs than FE engines.

The 330 2V M/D FT engine shares some internal parts with the 352/360 FE engines.

Wires, yes, they are the same, and yes the plugs will FIT but a 361 might call for a different temperature range than a 360.
