04 Fummins F250 CC FX4 on 05 Frame

I traded off a the cab/bed/doors of my 69 CC project for an 04 CC swapped to an 05 Frame. Its the lariat package. It was a painful thing, but I didn't have the cash to finish the old 69 nor did I see it happening in the next 10 years. Here's the interior/frame I'm working with:

A little alcohol helped the guy driving this give it this cool new look. I bartered for the interior.

I'll have to go about this the long way as all of the pics keep posting at the top no matter who I go about it.

I got the 60# pac brake springs in and the 4K RPM GSK installed. Engine - 1997 12V (no- engine plate) it came from D3500 with Auto so I'm guessing it to be stock 180hp.
Mod's:
HE351CW turbo with boost elbow
3rd Gen Exhaust Manifold (to clear ac box on SD)
4K- GSK
#4 Fuel Plate all the way forward
Pacbrake- 60# Valve Springs
Timing advanced Stock-
Transmission - 47rh 4x4 Built for 600HP with upgraded valve body
Billet Torque converter (brand unknown- supposed to be triple
disc but I'm skeptical)
Transfer Case NP 273 with input shaft swapped out to 23 spline.
Leaving it electric shift for the time being
Controller- I build controllers to automatically control OD and LU
at set speed for the 47Rh. Been running those for 2 years now.

Accessories- using Dodge AC compressor and Alternator.

I'm looking forward to the build. I'm hoping to get close to 300 HP. I'm not head-studding so I'm not getting crazy with boost.

I have got to tweak the mounts to get the engine centered and leveled up. I've got plenty of room to remove valve covers.

IT's not as close as it looks. I've got plenty of room to take fan off and reinstall without damaging the radiator

Well, i've made a lot of Progress. ITs all buttoned up on the drive train side of things. I got my tranny mounted and the drive shaft shortened about 1-1/2 to accommodate the longer 47RH. I swapped out the input shaft on the 273 transfer case to fit the output of the 47RH. It was pretty simple once i finally got the casing to divide. The OEM sealant is was the real deal

Not sure what happened on the order of the pics. I also got the 4" Straight exhaust (alumanized steel) all buttoned up. I used a portion of the 6.0 down pipe but had to cut a wedge to well in to seal it up. It was a challenge but, its all done now.

I relocated the Degas bottle because it would not fit with the stock intake horn in place.

I also built a batter tray out of 1/4 plate to move both batteries to Drivers side. I used the stock 6.0 CPS to get the tack working. All was going lovely until i got a new tensioner and belt and buttoned up the alternator. Suddenly i have no Tach. I had cranked it several times and made a loop in the driveway and it was working fine. I have repositioned the sensor in every configuration and swapped the sensor out. STILL NOT SIGNAL. tach doesn't even bounce. Also, my odometer does not light up. When i turn key on, everything goes through its test for startup. Fuel gauges works, but no speedo, tach or any other gauges are reading. I still have to get speed signal figured out for speedo. Any help on tach and odometer?

Lastly, the interior lights, blower motor for fan etc, are not coming on-- What's missing.

NOTE: I just noticed the picture has the Dodge alternator in place. I switched to the Ford Alternator, but i am used the Dodge AC compressor which is not plumbed in yet.

Ive got a Hybrid situation here. I have 04 Body with 05 Frame. I believe the 05 harness was all swapped over. The guy i traded with, actually used his lift to make the body swap. He put the 05 dash in the 04. I did have a question or two about connectors that i had no home for on the under dash fuse panel. I know there are usually some unused plugs but here's what i don't have a home for...

side view

There may be one other plug, but i don't have pics of it.
