Update.........
I spoke directly with Ford and they reviewed the case again and opened it. The case was sent back to the local dealer (who has been helpful) and I spoke with the service manager. He said he will be speaking with the Ford Rep. within the next few days and spell everything out.
So....I'm hoping I can get something worked out??????
