Overhauled IDIT cylinder heads with new Comp 910 springs - $600

Overhauled 1994 IDIT shortblock – new piston rings, standard bore, R&D cam, new bearings, galleries cleaned etc, new oil pan, timing cover and IP gear installed- $2200

ARP head studs brand new, never installed - $370

The heads, longblock, and studs can be purchased as an assembly as well as with any of this as a package deal everything is still at the machine shop, it can also be shipped not assembled if you would prefer (even the shortblock)


Southbend 1944324-5OK IDIT 375hp 800tq clutch and flywheel kit (paid $727) new, never installed- $550



R&D 3” welded intake - $150

Water intercooler setup with AC bracket, radiator and Johnson 7gpm coolant pump - $500

You wouldn't be willing to sell the shifter boots separately, would you? 'Course, I'd love to buy the whole tranny, you're giving it away at that price. Shipping to WI would be..... steep...

Do you still have that gauge pod pillar?

 

I'd prefer to keep it as a package but if it's not gone in a month I'll consider separating them. I am keeping the gauges and pod because it'll fit my obs psd

 

10-4; gotcha. Actually, if you have the pedals, column cover, hydraulics, PCM, etc., you should list it as a ZF5 conversion "kit".

 

Oh is that something that's in high demand? Maybe i'll sell it all as a kit, that's a good idea!

I've actually been recently using a shipping service call Uship, it's like an Ebay for shipping they bid on what you need moved and you can go with the lowest price. I got a 4 wheeler shipped from Delaware to Kentucky for $320. It's a pretty neat site if you ever need anything big shipped.

 

Just look at all the threads on manual swaps, and how many guys are scrounging around to get all the parts together.

Hmmm, gotta check out that Uship site f'sure.

Bummer. Without a doubt this is the most difficult truck ive ever had to find performance parts...

I'm not sure if I can use the pump without the intercooler and injectors. But maybe its time to start collecting things for a later build up...
