Help, I have a 99 ford expedition 4x4 that's sways back and forth when I go over a riser or a bump on the road over 45mph. I've replaced all front end bushings tie rod ends and ball joints. I've also Roland pitman arms and rear trac bars. All the shocks are 1 year old fox factory replacements and new springs in rear with torsion keys in the front. All rear seats but one in the center row have been deleted and I carry approx 250lbs of equipment and medical gear over the rear axel. The tires are 33 BFG all terrains with approx 35lbs of pressure. (I've tried all different pressures) I've have the frame checked for trueness and was perfect. It's been aligned numerous times from different shops. (With only a slight ware on outside edge). I've been fighting this prob since day one any help is appreciated. Thanks!-Ray

 

What about the idler arm?

 

Yes I'm sorry I left that out. I've been told rear sway bar and all bushings ang linkages might be a possibility.

 

The track bar is supposed to stop side to side sway. I'd start by inspecting the track bar and it's bushings for any issues.
