It looks like you have everything hooked up right; I'd remove the Schrader valve and hook the gage directly to the regulator. It could just be plugged or non-functioning. If you have pressure to the one gage, you should have pressure to the other.

You may have already seen this video, but if not it may help you out.

No need to buy that banjo block or make your own, it's just a 1-1/16"-12 SAE ORB fitting; $14.50 on Amazon.

Yup.I totally agree. In the posted pics you'll see the banjo block we built using Komatsu parts.also just discover my brand new Matco fuel pressure powerstroke kit is not even registering air pressure. Just can't trust Chinese built anything. I'm new permanent gauge into Schrader valve now.but there's hope.

So I almost wander if you hooked into the return line instead of the feed line.
I initially did that. Lol

Well now that we've solved the fuel pressure problem we're back to our original problem which is crank no start .
if I hotwire the ICP she fires and will take my 3000 pound gauge and whined all the way up past 2500 PSI. When I plug in the new ICP wiring harness I can't get anything when I unplug the ICP sensor I'm getting 250 psi. I'm looking for the next step. It's got a new aftermarket IDM in it. It's got a new aftermarket ICP sensor in it. It's got a new ICP in it ( aftermarket)

With IPC unplugged what is IPR voltage when cranking?

Fault Code: 1661
Circuit Index: PCED
Condition Description: OCC signal low
Comments: Aborts KOEO OCC test
Probable Causes: Low system voltage, internal PCM fault

DTC 1661 indicates that the output circuit check is low.

Possible causes:

-- Low battery voltage

-- Circuit failure

-- Faulty powertrain control module (PCM)

Perform charging system and battery tests.

Is charging system OK?
Yes
GO to «AS2».

No
REPAIR charging system as required.

AS2 VREF CIRCUIT CHECK

Disconnect PCM. Inspect for damaged or pushed out pins, corrosion, loose wires, etc. Service as necessary.

Install breakout box, leave PCM disconnected.

Disconnect manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor connector.

Measure resistance from Pin 90 to VREF Circuit 351 (BR/W) at the MAP sensor connector.
Is resistance less than 5 ohms?

Yes
GO to «AS3».

No
IDENTIFY VREF circuit fault. GO to Pinpoint Test «B1».

AS3 VPWR CIRCUIT CHECK

PCM disconnected.

Key on.

Measure resistance from Pins 71 and 97 to the positive battery post.

Is resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
GO to «AS4».

No
IDENTIFY VPWR circuit failure. GO to Pinpoint Test «A1».

AS4 PCM GROUND CIRCUIT CHECK

PCM disconnected.

Key off.

Measure resistance from Pins 25, 51, 76, 77 and 103 to the negative battery post.

Is resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
REPLACE PCM. RETEST system.

No
REPAIR ground circuit fault. GO to Pinpoint Test «A10».

A10 CHECK PWR GND CIRCUIT CONTINUITY

Key off.

Install breakout box. Leave PCM disconnected. Inspect for damaged or pushed-out pins.

Measure resistance between battery negative post and Test Pins 25, 51, 76, 77 and 103 at the breakout box.

Is each resistance less than 5.0 ohms?
Yes
F-Series, GO to «A11». Econoline, GO to «A14».

No
SERVICE open in PWR GND circuit. REMOVE breakout box. RECONNECT PCM. RERUN Scan Tool Diagnostic Test.

A11 CHECK PCM RELAY

Key off.

Disconnect maxi fuse 9.

Install PCM relay.

Breakout box install, PCM disconnected.

Key on, engine off.

Measure resistance between nonpower side of maxi fuse 9 to Test Pins 71 and 97.

Is resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
If fault is still present, REPLACE PCM.

No
REPLACE PCM relay.

Now that we have fuel pressure and I run a scanner code on the old dog it's popped up 1661 tells of a possible PCM problem. Thanks for the information as I'm getting ready to try to test the PCM down but I guess my question is if you were going to buy one what would you all out there recommend. My thought was to send it down to swamps for reprogramming. But are there other options out there that you guys would recommend.
