Yeah I couldn't pass it up, he also gave me a set of super duty V code springs for the $450 price. After first look I will need the transfer case yoke to use the F350 drive shaft. No big deal I can use my F250 one in the mean time. Might need a couple u-joints, but looks to be in pretty good shape. Now I need to save for the PMF reverse shackle kit.

Between our two purchases we could do the swap haha

Totally off topic but it's crazy how much the price varies on car parts by state.
A D60 in Connecticut will go from $400-$1200.
When I was in Oregon at my uncles I couldn't find a D60 for cheaper than $1200.
I sell a bunch of stuff on eBay, actually have a D60 for sale on there right now for $900, and the amount of people that ask me to ship it to Arizona, Southern California, Utah, etc is crazy. It seems we have a surplus of them here and you guys have a shortage.

Well I just realized last night I don't have the drivers side bottom u bolt plate I am sure I can find one, several junk yards around and I have seen a few on eBay. 60's seem to be hard to find around Ohio area and when you do they are usually $1,000 and up and look like they have been out in a field for 20 years. Most of them missing a lot of parts.

Can't that bottom plate be fabbed fairly easily?
Around here, Dana 60s were going for $400-600 for years and years here, until about 3-4 years ago, when the Dana 50 -> Dana 60 swap became all the rage on the various truck forums. Now everyone who's selling one knows about it, and is asking $1K.
