My 3.5l eco boost stalls when acceleratiing

My 20120 ford F150 Eco boost 3.5 l stalls when I am accelerating.
what could be the cause?
I have replaced the, Spark plugs, coils, air filter, oil, and cleaned the injectors.

Some people drill small holes in the intercooler to let the water escape. They report great results with this modifcation. I don't have an ecoboost so I can't confirm.
