94 bronco tranny
Having transmission problems. Really only did it a few times and now it does it every time. I don't drive the truck much but was wondering if it could be anything else before getting it rebuilt. Code reader gave me 700 and 70. Might just be 70 which is ecm. Could that cause tranny problems?

It's late shifting, hard shifting from first to second and rough from second to third. It will slip completely out while cruising some times lt sometimes slips out then back in and out again. But for the most part it started doing this fairly recently. The guy had some Lucas stop slip and leak fix under the hood when I bought it 3 years ago I've changed the transmission filter and didn't see too many shavings.

The fact you state there are two codes 700 & 70 indicates the code check was invalid. You will never get a mix of two AND three digit codes. It's two OR three. Re-run the KOEO tests and stored code (Continuous Memory) display. List the three digit codes (a 1994 truck/Bronco should have three digit codes) by number and when they occurred.
A few shavings is not abnormal IMHO. The hard late shifts indicate the PCM is running the transmission in limp mode. The "neutraling" is a common issue caused by a faulty MLPS. Run the codes to see if you get something valid this time before spending money on parts.
