38 here this morning, still in a t shirt. This time of the year goes by so fast. You doing any hunting before heading out?

 

i hope to.depends on how busy work is this November.im already packing up Nov full but least i have more help now so we'll see how it goes i guess.i never get anything anyway lol.im lucky to ever see a buck,let alone get a clean shot off.pretty hard hunting a nocturnal animal during the day without dogs or bait.i don't understand how people ever get one.iv been hunting for years and never could.it's all fun being out there anyway.......so long as im bundled up good.
i better get one soon because im drawing nearer to where im about to tell myself,do i really need to kill this animal for anything now? i still will because iv never gotten one but if a few more years go by,im not gunna have the heart to do it.funny how age changes ya like that.

 

I had 31. Not good. Didn't need this cold yet. Bow season starts in a couple weeks I think but I won't have time. Maybe get out a few times for rifle season

i might watch the weather close to see if i can squeeze one more tent trip in with the sub zero bag but if not,i won't be crying too hard about it.September seems to be going out like a lion.
