Evening guys, this states DMV really irritates me. I canceled the insurance on my car back in June because it's not drivable, just got a notice in the mail that I have to pay $20 for not maintaining coverage on the plate and the registration is canceled as of October 15th. Which is my bad for not returning the plates or putting them on hold.

But the form says I need to pay $200 dollars, but doesn't make it clear that if I pay the fine, if the registration still cancels and I have to get a new registration while turning these plates in or what. Just Ct being greedy as ever.

I got a little done on the truck tonight. The body is now sitting on its new rubber mounts. Not supported by 2x4s anymore!!! Put some floor in and rested part of the seat in it. Going to enjoy a beer in it. Still so much work to do to it but this is huge! Cab was rotted out from firewall to back wall.

Yesterday after drill I made my way up to the barn. Took my buddy shooting tried out my new P226 and used one of the AR500 steel gongs. I can't believe it doesn't have a blemish from LAP 5.56 or 300gn 338 Lapua magnum. That metal is incredible!
Side note firearm safety class on sat. If you wanna shoot some let me know. About 1 or 2 pm in Brimfield MA at a private range. Bring your tools or use mine.

Fixing that on this!

Dog helping out

Driver mount not tightened up yet

The seat!! Note the wiring harness that's going to be a pain in the ***!!

Looks naked

Passenger mount

Afternoon guys. Justin, that's a huge convoy!

My leg finally healed up so I was able to get back to work and back to working on the car. Managed to pull the motor out yesterday, ordered some more parts, it's coming along.

Yeah, definitely not a nice day to be receiving a bunch of switchgear and MCC sections.

Definitely a crappy day, we had no chance of building steps, so we did a few other random projects at the boss' house. I started swapping things on the motor in the garage, but I need to go order a new flywheel before I continue.

Not ready for the cold...
Almost finished with the driver side of the trucks cab rust repairs.... Next week finish the passenger side and start installing the painless wiring harness. I wish it was still light until 8PM, I would get a lot more done.

The darkness is creeping in. It sure makes going to class that much harder. Headed to Maine for the weekend. Enjoy yourselves guys.

Nope, no Andy sightings for a while. Probably very busy with work and scout stuff this summer.
