Depends on the area, and the frequency bands available.

AT&T is starting to cut decom their older technologies to make room for additional bands of LTE in highly/densely populated areas.

Hi Guys, No Smart phone for me....I don't like gadgets that are smarter than me....
I was really upset when smoke signals went bye-bye.
Even have a wind-up Victrola.
Agenda:
Get a H2O sample the the lab for testing.
Replace mailbox post that is rotten...better do it before the ground freezes.
Nap
Start working on trailer fender replacement.
Wait for truck to deliver some roofing supplies.
Another nap.

Hi Shaun.

Younger son is buying a house about 4 miles away, just because there is faster internet service there.

That's how it goes sometimes. I need to do a few things on the truck today when I get home if the weather cooperates. We have a small chance of rain today.

I can say I do miss the simplicity of my old flip phone. I have occasionally found myself wishing I could pull the antennae out a little bit more to get better reception. Granted, the Nexus 6P I have has been pretty decent. PLus my phone bill of $20-$40/mo isn't half bad!

ive never had the 40-50$ phone bill... always manages to remain around $90... every time id cut something off the bill to lower it they found something new to tack back in to raise it right back up...

I only manage that due to the fact that I don't have one of the big companies as my carrier. I switched to Google as my carrier with their Project Fi Service. Gave up unlimited data (~120/mo for me alone) to switch to this. Haven't looked back since.
