Never saw or heard of one before

 

ingrown nail puller... grips the edge of the nail and pulls it up back to where it belongs..

 

its very common over seas... easy to use.. you soak the nail to soften it while it applies pressure to pull it back into place. making adjustments over time... most like to just cut the nail off letting it cut back through the skin to get back to how it was.. can sometimes lead to further infections and discomfort...
