Yesterday i put new injectors in my 1995 f250 7.3L. The injectors are the step up from stock and are called baby swamps manufactured by swamps diesel. We got the new injectors in and before we put the valve covers back on we cycled it without the injectors plugged in to get the oil and fuel flowing again than we started it and it seemed to run great. We put it all back togethor and started it again and it was running good took it maybe half a mile up the road and back and on the return trip it kind of sputtered once and when i got back it started doing it again and i noticed the fuel was low so i pulled it back into the shop and it died and hasnt started since. We figured we ran it out of fuel so we put fuel in and made sure the fuel bowl had fuel in it, put a new fuel filter in and a new cam sensor also. Still no start, next we went ahead and checked the oil in the hpop resevoir and the oil rails both were full. I have had issues with the truck dying lately (think ive got a bad alternator) tested the voltage from the batteries while cranking and it was about 11 volts. Put a new #2 relay in and a #22 fuse in and still no start. Took the lines off the fuel pump going to the rails to see if its squirting fuel and it is. Any help would be really appreciated thank you

 

Make sure your ipr plug is seated all the way. Took me two weeks to track that one down on my parts truck

Does it smoke while cranking now? If not, you probably aren't building ICP. Could be a bunch of air still in the system, or it could be that the injectors/o-rings were not seated correctly.
