2006 Escape Hybrid ABS Problem
I have a problem with my Escape Hybrid ABS system. About 3 months ago started displaying brake system service required along with brake and ABS lights.
Codes were related to pressure issues on several wheels.
I spoke to tech that I know at local Ford dealer who said all indications were bad ABS/HCU module.
He installed a used module and was not able to complete the bleed process. He got stuck at the LF wheel about 6 times and could not complete the bleed.
I got him another used module and after installation it does not see any of the wheel sensors.
I have now replaced the module for a third time and am using my own IDS/VCM II setup and can't get past the LF during the bleed process.
Has anyone had any experience with this type of issue or that can provide some guidance about what to try?

Got it figured out. When tech replaced the ABS/HCU before I took it back he did not install 3 of the brake lines to the correct locations on the pump.
After moving the brake lines to the correct locations on the unit it still took 3 attempts to bleed the system of all air.
It is a very long and tedious process and requires a pressure bleeder that can hold over 1 gallon of brake fluid.
