Information Display

2013 F450 with Type 2 Information Display. Trip A/B display in Trip A has an empty orange box with covers much of the display. Trip B nor any other info boxes has the problem. Try as I might I cannot remove the box. Any ideas??

Here's a picture of the problem. In real life the box overlay wipes out all the info behind it. I don't know why the info shows up in the picture.

Are you holding ok, or just pressing and releasing?

Holding OK with engine running or with engine not running. You can see Trip A is zeroed out in picture.

Not that it will help, but have you tried just tapping ok?

You can try disconnecting batteries for a couple of minutes. On earlier model years that clears trip meter, might clear up your issue too.

Since pressing and holding OK button did not work gave it a try this AM with a quick press and release of OK button. Success!!! Back to normal.
