I hope you are right. I was hoping for under 4500. Also forgot a few things. Truck is currently auto c6, swapping to c4. Engine will get aluminum heads and intake.

Damn HIO, I think you are ready for the next carnival. j/k

What about a 73 F250 390 C6 camper special with alum heads, radiator and intake? (Factor 10-15 extra lbs of sound proofing and one 38 gal gas tank)

My guesstimate is based on the published GVWR and the planned mods.

Ever try to move a Dana 60/61? Oy.

I flipped a Dana 60 end over end to get through my fence gate into my backyard.... ONCE... Except at some point it's gotta come back out

If you're near an agricultural or industrial area, there should be public scales that will tell you exactly. In Yuma, we have a lot of snowbirds dragging around large trailers, sometimes fifth wheels, and many have diesel pushers. They need the scales to check their balance, I presume

Your county landfill usually charges based on weight, I'll bet. Take a load in to be dumped, they will weigh coming in and when departing. Might cost ya ten bucks, but you'll know for sure.

2x.. I dumped a load of construction debris a couple of weekends ago. Surprisingly, outbound my 01 4wd SuperCrew weighed in about 5,400 pounds.
