I have a 99 5.4L V8 Triton engine. The power steering is not working. Does anybody have a full power steering diagram including components and hoses/lines? I have attached a picture of a broken line which I think might be for the power steering but I'm not sure. Anybody know what this (?) line is in the attached picture or have a diagram? thanks

The lines are:

Reservoir to pump ( both hose clamps)
Pump to steering box ( both high pressure)
Steering box to cooler ( high pressure on steering box, clamps on cooler)
Cooler to reservoir (both hose clamps)

No power steer???

If you take off the belt can you turn the
pump? Highly doubt this next one but I guess could happen - is the pulley actually spinning the pump??

Of course you do have fluid in the pump, I'm pretty sure it's Mercon, that's what my 01 uses..

The 2 that aren't going anywhere - are they off your transmission? The one you have "to top of radiator" should be one of them. - same side of radiator there should be a second one - you may have another external cooler in that mix also.
