Back when I was a kid almost all trucks were single cabs that allowed you to put a gun rack in the rear window for handy access. Now my truck's a 4 door and the back window slides - 2005 F-350 6.0L 4x4. Has anyone out there ever seen a center console that is a gun rack with or without storage space? Don't want to loose the junk storage but jamming my rifle between the factory console and the passenger seat is the only secure means of carrying my rifle around the ranch.

 

I have seen online gun racks that go on the headliner behind the sun visors.

 

I've heard of these, too, but with all the bumping around I do at the ranch it would have to hold the rifle pretty well to keep from popping out and falling on me or whoever's in the other seat.
