Screws at top of door panel?

There are 2 screws at the top of both door panels. Well--there should be, but all 4 of mine are gone. What's left are 4 holes, that would need huge sheet metal screws. I'm guessing there should be some kind of plastic insert, or similar, in those 1/4" or so holes? Available somewhere?

Thanks.

there should be 2-3 sheetmetal screws at the bottom and a couple behind the door handle and arm rest / electric window switch area... at the top and around the sides you should have a big plastic insert / plastic screw that attaches to the back of the panel and pushes into the big hole in the steel door inner wall.

Thanks for the links.

Video I've seen seems to show metal screws in this location. Maybe varies with years/models?

I have a 1997 3-door. Can you be much more specific about which doors, and exactly where (and like inside or outside of the weatherstripping, etc.), as I'm not seeing any 1/4" holes on mine.

Was any Paintless Dent Repair done on this truck? Like plugs to fill the holes that were drilled for tool entry popped off, or were never installed?

There's a good view of the screws, in this video, at about 2:07.

Thanks.
