Exclamation V10 2005 models and older problems through there lifespan?

I am about to purchase a 2005 or 06, 250 or 350 with the V10. Was curious of any knowledge on problems with the engine. If any owners or mechanics have worked on them what have they dealt with or fixed.Wondering weaknesses on engine ruffly between 100,000 and 200,000 miles. THNKS

Only thing I can think of is the 2 piece spark plugs that were used in that era. If they have been changed to the later 1 piece design it is good to go. Next would be the timing chain tensioners, but they should be good to well over 300,000 if the oil changes have been done regularly.

I think some of the 2005's had cam follower issues as well. if they have a decent amount of mileage, say > 50K, and don't tick, I think they're good
