How to tell which fuel sender I need?

I have a 1990 F250 standard cab with a 302 and manual transmission. It has 2 gas tanks and I think I need a new fuel sender for the front tank. How do I determine what size gas tank I have in the front (other than driving it till it runs out)? Specifically I need to know the motorcraft part number that I need for the fuel sender. It looks like they sell them on Amazon.

Thanks!
