The 1994 DI one is for a PS correct ? I have the IDI T.

What's wrong with a Chilton or a Hayes manual ?

 

DI = Direct Injection which is a PowerStroke.

They leave out about 1/2 the informatiom.

The 1994 powertrain/drivetrain service manual (FPS-12107-94-2) has the IDI and IDIT info. The one that says for DI is a supplement (FPS-12107-94-3) that is included in the CD.

for the idi trucks, i just tell people to get the diesel engine powertrain/drivetrain service manual for the 93 trucks. this eliminates the powerstroke engine from the equation.

 

I am looking at the disk for the 1994 on the DVD CD package on Ebay and it says DI version, does this have the 94 IDI T as well ?


The 1993 IDI T truck is the same as the 94 IDI T E4OD ? I ask because a 94 has the tranny wired through the cab light stupidly and it can mess you up good........

 

I can't say for the CD. What I posted is the printed manual. Does the ad say anything about FPS-12107-94-2? That is the number of the 94 manual that was printed before there was a DI engine, hence the need for a supplement mid year when the Power Stroke appeared.(FPS-12107-94-3)
