Installing/wiring up Amp steps

So I've had this set of Amp steps for damn near 6 months now and I'm ready to put them on. I'm sure the actual install will be cake but I'm not sure on the wiring. Has anyone here actually done them? I can't seem to find anything online and I have yet to open the box and look at the instructions.

How about instead of jumping the gun, you get your lazy butt over to the box, open it, read the instructions, and make a decision from there. Sheesh. It's 0400, nobody else is awake you twit.

There, this'll save you from breaking a nail opening that mean ol' cardboard boxy-poo

http://amp-research.com/wp-content/f...de__Wiring.pdf

Scanned through them, it honestly seems more tedious than difficult. Hook power and ground, then you hook a wire to each door's 'door ajar' wire so it has a signal to drop the step.

I'm worried about my nails now, I hadn't thought of that. How about I go hide in my safe space and you come and install/wire them up for me?

Danger Will, Skill Level is at 4. You only have 3 hrs to complete the mission. I would plan on 3 1/2 to 6 hr myself...

It's a straight forward slice job

Pop up the door threshold and find the wire. Cut, solder, shrink, done

Make sure when you run the loom across the engine bay and down the passanger side to the frame you secure it with plenty of zip ties or the wire loom will become one with your exhaust manifold and you get to build a new loom.
