On the normal amp scale it is reading 0.02 ?? I think I am reading it correctly but not positive. LOL

When you are checking on the 15A scale are you moving the red meter lead over to the socket on the meter that should be labeled "fused amps" or something similar?

Yea I was moving the leads,
I managed to hook it up to the machine at work, Diodes, so looks like I will be doing and alt saturday
