drivers seat popping when accelerating and braking

my drivers seat just started making a popping sound when first accelerating and braking. almost like it's shifting fore and aft.

it's really getting annoying.

I figured I would ask on here before removing the seat for a full inspection or tear down.

Might be a broken bracket ar maybe just a nut missing off the mounting stud?

all mounting bolts and nuts are present and torqued to 45 ft/lbs.

I discovered that I can duplicate the problem by pushing & pulling on the headrest. it seems to be coming from the seat bracket track area.

I don't see anything broken. I'm heading out to pull the seat and bracket now.
thanks for the response.

I had a Taurus. The drivers seat would do the same popping noise. So after awhile it got to where it would not go over 60 mph but was running great. So I was going to change the fuel filter when I had time to get to it. So I took it for a ride in the mean time and heard rattling when I'd take my foot off the accelerator. So I go under and the nuts holding it in place to the floor board are loosened almost off. While trying to wiggle my body down there the seat rocks. Those seat bolts are backed off as well. Solved two problems.

so I pulled out the drivers seat and tore everything down, cleaned, lubed and tightened the **** out of all the nuts, bolts and screws. if I were to guess which one was causing the popping sounds I'd say it was the 3 torx bolts in the inside of the seat track

My 2013 is starting to do the same thing and it is very annoying. Can i reach the torx screws without taking the seat out?
