I installed a steering column and now I have to straighten the column with the front wheels straight ahead. Is there any easy way to do this? do I have to take the arm off the steering box?

 

what is not correct? if the steering wheel is 180 degrees out, remove the column shaft from the top of the steering box, rotate it 180, and put it back on. if the wheel is 30 degrees off, that you are going to need a front end alignment.
