Valve Cover Oil Fill Extension tube

Does anyone know how/where I can get an oil fill Extension tube like those on a 7.3 super duty? Its really annoying trying to get the oil cap off with my IC pipe in the way. Thanks

Order one from Ford for a SD, or check junk yards for a SD.
