My truck came stock with everything you mentioned. I didn't change them and I wouldn't suggest going larger anyways. I'd rather pop the fuse before melting anything else.
I upgraded to newer mirrors, so there were no circuits.
I plugged into the turn signals and marker circuits.
Do I need to fuse the extensions to those circuits?
I doubt you need to go bigger. Try them the way it is. If you start losing fuses, I would use a customer access spot on your fuse block. I'm not sure if that is an option on your year of truck.
Did you tap into the existing wiring or did you piggyback off the fuse? If you piggybacked, did you tap into the side that is protected by the fuse? That is the key.
