No but you will want to make sure that you install the spacer to lengthen the steering shaft. If it do not have a spacer make sure there's enough engagement left in the shaft. It falls apart=no steering.
Everyone has an opinion. Body lifts are fine if you are looking for a larger tire without off road performance. I see plenty of street queens running around with the most expensive lift they can buy, dual reservoir shocks, and 22" wheels. Where do you get that body lifts are somehow garbage?
