Check the maxi fuses under the hood. Most in cab fuses branch off one of those.

hi guys have not done much since i posted this ,, the maxi fuses are good , and i havnt found the problem yet , but i did run new cables to the starter and batteries as i was seeing a voltage drop on amp meter ,, that took care of that problem ,,,,,, ok i still have no power to parts of in cab fuse block,, am NOT blowing fuse's .. but if i turn on head lights the engine kills , run turn signals engine stumbles , i know there has to be a short some where , but killing the engine ??

Nateairman had a similar problem with the radio and dash light in this thread https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ig-fix-10.html
In post 148, he traced it to a bad ground at the passenger side kick panel.

Call me Nathan

Ground point on the cab had rusted off. Remove both interior kick panels.

Might play with the firewall pass-throughs also.
