I like the look of your truck dawn patrol. Although in those can't stick out past the fenders states, you wouldn't pass... Again, not that I care. In rain, snow, slush and nastiness you are the one that gets it worse than you dish it out. (I know from experience). Looks like you live in a non-snow area though!
Radium - It is what it is and your truck works for you the way you need it to and that is great. It's all I can ask of mine. I can't go up an inch in mine or it won't fit in the garage. I have to be careful about snow/ice build up too. Debating how I am going to do that, since my 8' garage door only opens up about 7'. This is the first winter at my new place.
smoky diesel - that looks tough too! Like it as well.

OP, You will find that there are not many choices of offset/backspace. For a given style/diameter, there many be only 1 or 2 choices. For a given width, there may be only one... Yes you can order custom wheels (likely forged, and $1000 each)
That being said, with factory flares, you have about 4.5" from hub face to the fender.
So for a 9" wide wheel, an offset of 0 (backspace of 5) would be close to flush.
Most 10" wheels have a negative offset (stick out further), and combined with the extra wheel width will hang out about 2"
How do I know this? I measured the stock wheels before I ordered mine, and calculated exactly how far they would stick out past the fender.
Note that backspace conversion from offset includes the inner lip of 1/2". So for 0 offset case, 9" / 2 = 4.5" + 1/2" lip = 5" back space
37x12.50 on 20x9 with 0 offset (aka 5" BS)

Your welcome. Yes you should be able to get factory flares, however they don't offer much more width... Post a pic of the wheels you are looking at.
Another note on width. I clear 37s with only 3.5" of lift. I think with a 20x10 -25 offset wheel you would need another 2" of lift. Many run 6" lift for 37s.

So if you don't mind me hyjacking the thread instead of starting another...
I was going to do 20x9 or 18x9 with a +18 offset, 5.7 backspacing.. It will push the tire out 1.3 inches, how tall of a tire could I run? The sizes I was thinking was 295 60 20 which is 33.9 or 295 70 18 which is 34.3 Would those clear with no leveling kit? My buddy ran 295 65 20 which is 35.1 on the stock rims and it cleared everywhere but full turn on trailing arm...
Do you think an inch shorter but out an inch would clear mud flap and bumper? Trailing arm I think would clear easily.
