I've asked this before and there really aren't any good solutions unless you want to drill or use a stake mount. I have a canopy, so drilling is really my only option.
I've been meaning to look under the plastic cover (where the windshield wipers tuck away), opposite the radio antenna (on the drivers side) to see of there's a good mounting point there. Cutting a hole for an antenna mount through the plastic would be easily enough if there's a solid place to mount the base.

How about a 900mhz glass mount antenna on your rear window? That looks like a good option! Get a good one for $45.

Midland and Wilson both make glass mount CB antennas. You can look at them on Amazon. Read the reviews carefully, performance is generally poor.
I've used the fender bracket many times. They work OK and allow you to mount an NMO style antenna without drilling external holes. If you go this route, make sure that your ground is very good. I mounted the brackets with 3 sheet metal screws and would use star lock washers to dig into the bracket and body for a good RF ground. It will help you achieve an acceptable SWR.
Google "NMO CB antenna" to see what your choices are for thh NMO style mount, you'll have a good selection to choose from.
