Installing rear bumper on 52 F1

I've searched and read but can't seem to locate exactly how to mount the rear bumper brackets on my 52 F1. I purchased the "plain" stock steel bumper and brackets for it. See picture. I'm just trying to figure out how the heck they mount to the frame rails. Inside? Outside? Existing holes? There's nothing included this this stuff and my truck had a homemade bumper on it that was welded to some C channel and bolted to the side rails.
Can anyone snap a picture of how they bolt to the frame rail? and if I need to drill holes?

Outside. Existing holes. Same orientation as in the picture. Those bolts must be to bolt the bumper to the brackets? They don't appear large enough diameter or long enough.

Good info and pic, thanks Ross. I'm in the same boat as bhalemail. I'll file this away for when I'm ready to grind off the old, rigged up bumper and add a real one.

Thanks, the bolts are NOT long enough, otherwise it makes sense. I got the bumper installed. Thanks!

The bolts are about 1/2" too short. Not a big deal, they came with the mounts but they would only be long enough to bolt the brackets together and you only need 2 for that. After I took the old 1/4" thick homemade bumper and brackets off I think the rear of my truck went up about 1"
