Hi Jimmy it's been hot past week or so and I painted Ford on my tailgate here's a pic

That's a perfect paint job. The script looks wonderful. Looks like you may wind up as our guy when it comes to painting and hand painting tailgates. Keep up the excellent work.

How did you paint the ford letters it looks perfect

 

4-5 hours is all gets too hot for paint and old men

 

I blocked with 1000 wet and masked with fine line tape razor blade small screw driver did the rest need soft hands

 

Waiting for info on a brace at the rear fender so I thought I'd send you a pic jimmy

Has it cooled off down south yet

 

Sort of, it's been a little bi-polar for the last couple of weeks. It was 90's, then two days later was a high of 77º. Then floated back into upper 80's, then back to lower 70's. The last couple of days saw it rise back to mid-to-upper 80's, and the next week we'll see upper 70's.


It crazy, really.

Hows any snowpack if you're that high up? Gonna be a good winter, you think?
