Still no Pumps?

Ok, I'll be working on the Truck this Sunday to check the pumps. SUBFORD you mentioned that the Power into the computer were on Pins, 1, 37, & 57, Can I test those Pins to ensure the computer is getting power? And if it is then I have pretty much determined the computer is the problem.
As far as testing the Pump goes, wtroger said I can use an ohm meter to check the pump. How does that one work? I have the Ohm setting on my meter, but do not know how to read that. I did run battery power to the High pressure pump, but got no pump action and sparks at the battery. I assumed with that that the pump was bad. Any ideas?

grounding six
Yes the common term for the relay closing or changing state with persons working with relays is that the relay is picked.
I did work with relay logic for many years as an electronic tech.
Saying activate may not mean that the contact in the relay is in the state you want it in.
Grounding the self-test pin #6 by either shorting it to pin #2 or grounding it to the engine block or brake line and turning on the key should pick the fuel pump relay and put power on the wire going to the selected fuel pump.

got me stumped.
I was under the impression grounding #6 on the EEC test would bypass the computer. There by turning on fuel pump and cel

fuel pumps only turn on if you jump the fuel pump relay and not by grounding #6

Without the CEL (MIL) working and the fuel pump not running when you ground pin #6 with the key on it sounds like the power relay is not closing.
Check for power at the Ignition coil with the key on. If you have power there then check to see if the power relay is closing when the key is turned on by checking for power at the red wire to any fuel injector with a loading test light.
Let us know what you find out.

Yes it does but the Power Relay must also close to give power to the coil of the fuel pump relay for this to work.

Whwn you say pick do you mean activate?
Here is what I have..
Constant power, (yellow) on EEC and Fuel Pump Relay,
Ingnition Power when switch turned on (wHITE/Blue Stripe)
Power from Fuel Pump relay to EEC relay (Red)
NO Power out on Brown line (to inertia switch)
How can I test my eec to sii if it is grounding the Low circuit?

fuel pump relay is good. @#$%&&! Power distribution box is buried under the master cylinder and ac lines. Pin #6 tests as a ground. Trying to get to the screws on the bottom of the power distribution box.
