clutch/brake pedal questions

Are there any differences in the pedal assemblies(pedals and boxes) between bricknose trucks? I just bought a hydroboost and pedals from an 88 F-SuperDooty that had 7.3/ZF5...will the assemly bolt into my 89 F250 gasser? I am swapping out the C6 for a T18 and adding hydroboost.
Thank You

The pedal boxes are the same, but you do need to use the F-superduty brake pedal. The push pin is located in a different spot for a hydroboost

I have the pedal from the SuperDooty that I got the hydroboost from. But also cant I just raise the pin 3/4"? I am about to do hydroboost on my 84 F250 with a 6.9/T19. So on that one, I was just going to raise the pin 3/4"..I read a thread on OB and Riotwarrior explained that was the only difference and those were the measurements.
