New Wheels and Tires

So I'm looking for new tires to go on 16x8 wheels but I can't find any 33x12.50r16's I'd have to jump to 35's and Im worried about rubbing in that case. Does anyone know of some 33x12.50r16's they would suggest or if I should just get different wheels? Or any suggestions for that matter.

8" wide wheels are pretty narrow for a 12.5" wide tire. A general rule of thumb is the rim should be 2" narrower than the tire. Not that you can't go narrower (or wider) than that, but it does give less than ideal handling and tire wear.

And honestly, i don't care for the look or performance of such a wide tires for 31 or 33 tires.

305s are pretty much what you are looking for, but DAM are they pricey.

285s are quite a bit cheaper and about 1" narrower
