Crank case vacuum and leak down

I'm running total seal rings and when I run a leakdown test I get "zero", i.e. no leakage at all. As soon as I turn the engine over a little it will start to leak. Anyone have experience with these rings.

Also I run a restrictor in the pvc system to exert a vacuum on the crankcase. 5- 10". Without this restriction I have what amounts to a huge vacuum leak (Speed Demon carb), making it impossible to tune the carb idle. Again any exerience with this?

The wife says if I don't have anything to fix I'll make something up!

Haven't heard of that problem. How many miles do you have on the engine? And, are you sure they were installed properly, meaning with the taper pointing the right way?

Well it's not a problem, just seems too good to be true but it does correspond to compression readings.
