99A is the part number prefix for a 1939 Mercury.

21C is the part number prefix for a 1942 Commercial, same 21C-9275-A part number used thru 1947 on all closed cabs (pickups etc. except COE).

Check with Fred at SouthsideObsolete.com in Faribault,MN (507) 332-6789. Check out the website, but it shows just a small sampling of inventory so call.
