It seems to be running to rich. Is the vacuum line still hooked to the MAP sensor OK. I have seen a engine run like this with the MAP sensor unhooked from its vacuum line.
The only other thing I can think of is an injector or two stuck open.
If there is no fuel in the FPR vacuum line then I would think it to be OK and it is regulating the fuel pressure OK at WOT. The vacuum line pulls on the spring to reduce the fuel pressure.

I have not followed this thread closely, but No ... I do not believe this is the issue.
It still should run, albeit a little power imbalanced between cylinders, maybe slightly rough, but it should run and idle.
You say the plugs are wet with fuel, did you let it evaporate to ensure it's fuel not oil and fuel?
Were all plugs wet?
Any smoke, what color?
These fine folks already helping you are far better suited to assist you with this issue than I.
