Extended cab body lines off

My 86 extended cab F150 body lines seem to be way off. Its almost like the front cab bushings are completely smooshed. The tires are really close to the fenders and they even rub somtimes going over bumps while turning. They aren't over sized tires either. All the bushings look to be in good shape though. The only damage I can see is it looks like somone dropped some heavy pipe on the tailgate and a oil drum slid into the front of the bed. Everything else including the frame seems pretty straight. I have new poly performance cab mounts on the way but seeings as the others look okay I'm not sure if it will fix it. Anybody runn into this before?

You will have to post a picture of what you are talking about.

I will post a picture that captures it perfectly when I get to work tomorrow. Until then I will try to explain it. It seems the bed sits perfeclty level, or how it should compared to how my 80 sits. The cab seems to take a nose dive in the front like the grill is pointed more towards the ground. The tire to fender gap in the front seems to be less too. The gap between the bed and the cab gets wider as it goes up towards the top of the cab.

You don't only have to worry about the rubbers but also the metal part of the cab mounts. Over the years rust kills them and they crush.

Now the mount may be good but if the floor up front is rotted the cab mounts move up & cab down.

This truck has been in Texas most of its life and as far as I know, it has no rust what so ever. The frame doesn't even have a brown rust look to it. It looks like factory paint all down the rails and crossmembers.
