Hi Scott, the Monkey Face with the fender trim looks like it could have come off the line like that, pretty clever. Thank's for the peek at some of Montana's beauties . I love the sky in that first pic.

Look again Jim....that's a '49 Mercury truck. Beautiful restoration!

Hi Jim
The Mercury pickup is a Canada only product. They did not make them in the USA, all trucks in Canada Ford and Mercury came with the V8 there was not a 6 cylinder option.

Yes, the Merc's had fancier trim and a chrome grille.

They were only made in Canada. The uptown version of the farm workhorse.
I like the park light placement on the Merc far better than on my 49 Ford.
