Wheel and tire question

So I'm building my wheel and tire package on tire rack, and I'm confused as to what tire pressure monitor system setup I should add. What exactly do I need to just take my stock wheels and tires off and put new ones on?

or buy new pressure sensors and install one in each tire / rim.

I'm ordering a wheel and tire package and I need to know what I need to get it to work correctly. Do I just need the sensors pre-installed and a ford trigger tool?
