The truck has an aluminum flat bed on it (8) so for the time being that will stay until I can source a 8 ft step side bed to fit. Yes I will either have to lengthen a 6.5 or shorten a 9 ft. The rear fenders are available with a 3 inch width addition. So that is not a problem. The fronts no one is making widened front fenders so I have to fab something up. The big Job fenders would be a good place to start as most of the complicated work is done. just need to rework the wheel arches with ones from a F100/250 and I think I am there. Thought about negative offset wheels ( moving the center out) need to check on wheel cut clearances if I go that route.
Plus I like the dish look.

I seem to recall reading, and my "rememberer" is not what it used to be, that someone took two fenders and cut and welded them together to get a wider fender....may have been rear ones but may be possible for fronts...... although they do have semi-compound curves but nothing that couldn't be overcome with enough metal work and patience I would think :-)
