Any opinions on this 2002 7.3L PSD?

I've been looking for a used F350 for a while now and currently looking at this vehicle and I'm reaching to you guys and gals for your expert opinion on the deal.

Vehicle :

2002 F350 XL 7.3L PSD Dually w/ Long Bed.
Odometer reads 128k miles.
Basic trim with cloth interior with manual seats.
Well maintained, no rusts or leaks, second owner.
Current owner pulled 38ft 5th wheel with it.
Interior, exterior and the bed looks free from any major scratches or dents.
Price agreed upon prior to pre-purchase inspection by a mechanic : $10,000

Any thoughts on the vehicle and pricing?

Thanks in advance!

Good price for those miles....but does he have all the current mechanical history? When were the ball joints, coolant, serp belts, glo plugs etc. changed if at all? I sold my '02 F250 XLT PSD with a 140K, 18" wheels and very good rubber, all new above mentioned parts for $15k and the new buyer was thrilled.

Ask the seller if you can take the truck to a GOOD diesel guy to get it checked over. If he refuses then get on down the road and look for another one..
