02 EX Rear A/C Issues

Ok guys here's what I got going on and I need some major help.

I noticed the rear air was not cooling like the front a/c was. I did a little research and thought maybe it was the blend door. I took the blend door off and manually turned the door to send cold air to the vents. Well, when I did that, the air was not any colder. I checked the pressures and they are good (45psi on the low side and 225 psi on the high side). Took it to work with me and pulled it in the shop to look at it a little closer.

The expansion valve seems to be working, one line is hot and the other is ice cold. the expansion valve itself was ice cold also.

I took the housing apart to expose the evaporator and blower. I unhooked the blower and let the engine run to see if the evaporator would get cold. It got ice cold. Down to 38 degrees. Once I put the blower back on, I checked the temperature again at the evaporator and it jumped up to 70 degrees. The air coming out of the vents at this point was 80 degrees.

So, I am a little confused. Pressures are good, expansion valve looks to be ok. What else am I missing? Sorry for the long post guys, I just wanted to cover everything.

Also, yes I did check the temperature selector and made sure the rear controls were on.

NOTE: When I ran the a/c in the rear with the blower unhooked, the pressures went down to 34 psi on the low and 200 psi on the high.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Trent
