I have a 2006 Explorer 4.6 that has one exhaust manifold with a crack. While there, I'm thinking of replacing some other parts since the mechanic will already be in the engine.

What would you replace while there? No, I'm not looking to do a full engine rebuild but considering plugs, and maybe shorty headers, etc.

 

For anyone else who may be looking, it seems that nobody makes short headers for the 2006 Explorer with the 4.6. They do make them for the 4.0 v6. Go figure.
