Spider Cross Reference With IH
Is this IH spider the same as the spider on our 99.5-03 trucks?

No it is not. Google pictures of the T444e engine and you will see how the intercooler piping is different. The intake spyders will not work in the Ford 7.3L trucks.

I mean, you could probably get it to work if you wanted to cut a hole in your hood for routing of the intercooler pipe.
